My remote wont charge?Updated 3 months ago
NOTE— The charging port is located on the side of the remote. You will need a USB-C cable, which is included in your kit.
When pushing the button on top of the battery, the lights illuminate, corresponding to the battery level.
4 solid lights indicate a fully charged battery.
If your remote sits on 3 lights for an extended period:
- Ensure the remote itself is turned off before charging it.
- Try a different USB outlet that might have a higher output current.
