With your drone turned off, please inspect its underside and ensure all the sensors are clean and free from dirt, debris, or damage. If they are dirty, you can use isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits to wipe them clean.
NOTE— Do not use any detergent-based cleaners on the sensors.
Ensure you are taking off from a clean, flat surface. If taking off from uneven ground or grass, always use the included landing pad, as grass can affect the performance of the TOF sensor.
