If your drone is not picking up any satellites:
- Ensure you are in a wide-open area outdoors and away from any large or metal objects
- Please allow up to 3 minutes for it to find satellites
- If it still doesn't pick anything up, please perform a compass calibration on the drone and wait a further few minute
If your issue persists, please record a video and send it to us for review.
