I can't connect my phone to the remoteUpdated 3 months ago
NOTE— Please confirm your phone's compatibility.
The Aeroo Pro is compatible with Android 5.0 and up and iPhone iOS 9.0 or later.
Please note that the drone is currently incompatible with Android GO of any version.
- Ensure the remote and drone is ON
- Ensure the cables are pushed in fully at both ends so your phone starts charging.
- Remove your case if you can't get a firm connection
- Ensure you select "Transfer files only" (Android only)
- Ensure you are logged into your account in the Aeroo Fly App
- Try restarting the app/your device
- Ensure all permissions are enabled for the Aeroo Fly app in your phone's settings
Please also check your phone's general settings to ensure you don't have anything potentially restricting data transferring from our app to your phone (VPN/Privacy settings)
- Enable accessories permissions in the Face ID and passcode screen (iPhone only)
- Try another device you have access to
- Try another cable to determine if the issue is with the cable
