I can see sand inside my droneUpdated 3 months ago

There's no need to panic just yet. Our drones have a water-resistant coating that provides protection from light debris.

NOTENEVER use strong compressed air to clean your drone. It can blow debris further into sensitive components and damage your drone.

Either physically blow or use a turkey baster-style hand bellow to gently blow debris out of the drone.

NOTE— Please only attempt this if you are confident in your tinkering skills. You may cause further damage to your drone, and separating the 2 drone shell halves will void your warranty.

- Unscrew the gimbal assembly and gently move it aside. Be careful not to damage the connecting cables.
- Unscrew and remove the bottom panel.
- Use canned air or a soft bristle brush to wipe away the debris gently.

If you are still concerned or are uncomfortable with removing the bottom panel, please record a video and send it to us for review. Rest assured, we can take up to 3 business days to review your video.
