I can only see a black screen and no videoUpdated 3 months ago
NOTE - This is likely caused by a failed update that must be completed.
- Ensure the remote and drone are ON
- Ensure the cables are pushed in fully at both ends so your phone starts charging.
- Ensure the port on your phone is clean
- Ensure you are logged into your account in the Aeroo Fly app
- Try restarting the app/your device
- Try another device you have access to
1. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection throughout the update. WiFi is usually preferred, but if it fails, please also try 4/5 G.
2. Please ensure you allow 25+ minutes for the update to complete. The percentage will often stop, but it is still updating in the background. It is also normal for the drone to beep during the update. Please leave it to complete.
3. Please clear the update file (if prompted in the bottom corner of the app on the update screen) - then restart.
4. Please try restarting the drone and your phone fully, then try the update again.
You can check if the update has been installed successfully by going to:
- Settings
- General Purpose
- Version
- Then click "Check for Updates"
If nothing shows up, then your battery is up to date.
