How long does the repair process take?
Generally, we can perform most repairs within a 1-2 day timeframe following your approval of our repair quote. Please also allow a few days for return shipping.
Can I purchase Aeroo Protect after I've activated my Aeroo Pro?
Yes, however, you will need to prove that your Aeroo Pro is in perfect working condition and you will need to apply by contacting us via support.
How can I clean my Aeroo Pro?
Although the Aeroo Pro has a water-resistant coating on internal electronics, it is good practice to ensure all components are free from moisture and debris where possible.
