Lost packages

At Aeroo, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

We insure your package in transit and will provide you with a full refund or replacement if your parcel is marked as "lost in transit" by the courier.

If your order has been lost in transit, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and all relevant details, and we'll resolve the situation.



Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such cases, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged package or items.

We will review the documentation provided and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.



Mis-scanned packages

Parcels will often be mis-scanned by the courier and may be marked as delivered before they actually are. If you notice this, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
