Even though our drones are built tough, things can break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help.
Please send pictures of the damaged item/s and shipping box, to our team at support@au.aeroodrones.com. Please include a description of the damage to the product functionality (if any).
We will contact the courier and ensure the situation gets resolved.
