NOTE - Once the battery is inserted, push down firmly over the connecters. You should feel a little resistance as the battery seats a little deeper.
You can run your fingers over the edge of the battery to make sure that it is seated properly
The main thing to try is once the battery is inserted, push down firmly over the connecters. You should feel a little resistance as the battery seats a little deeper.
You can run your fingers over the edge of the battery to make sure that it is seated properly.
- Gently blow into the batteries' connection pins to dislodge any sand/dirt/moisture that may be inside.
- Please repeat this for the connection pins on the drone also.
- Please try fully charging the battery on the charging station to cycle through the charge.
You can check if your battery needs updating by going to:
- Settings
- General Purpose
- Version
- Then click "Check for Updates"
If nothing shows up, then your battery is up to date.
